Hi everyone,

I applied for my Canadian citizenship on October 20th, and up until today at 2 pm, I was able to log in and check my application status without any issues. However, tonight around 8 pm I tried to check for any updates, but the tracker is now giving me an error saying:

"Incorrect UCI, client ID, party ID, or password."

I attempted to reset my password, but I never received the verification code.

Has anyone else experienced this before? Is this normal, or should I be concerned?

Did you receive code while initially creating tracker account?

Hi, were you able to fix this? The same is happening to me. I have checked this morning and now wanted to check something else and it just says that my "Incorrect UCI, client ID, party ID, or password." is wrong (which is not). How did you fix it please?
