Citizenship Application stucked since almost 2 years - Help

Dear Members,

I applied for citizenship in December 2019, got AOR in Feb 2020, background checks shows completed, but overall status is stucked in progress
I have not even received any test invite.

Is anyone in the similar situation as me?

Any advise will be really appreciated

Not yet, as I was not sure if this is a normal processing delay during covid-19, or my application is just stucked for way too long

It's not. They claim processing time is 12 months, although they have added some lame excuses recently "that it may take longer due covid-19". Send them a webform with your details. What's your office?

How can I find my office?
All I can find is the AOR pdfs in my email came from Sydney NS center.

Request your GCMS notes from IRCC, CBSA, CSIS; I applied in April 2019 and got no update until July 2021 when my background check went complete. So you're not alone, Many are in the same situation as you unfortunately.
