I applied for the Canadian citizenship for myself and for my sister. But the entire package has returned back to me saying that my application is consider complete but my sister's application is not complete (didn't accept the language evidence I gave, but now I know which document to give) w/e but my question is SHOULD I SENT THE NEW APPLICATION FORM FOR MY SISTER OR JUST SENT BACK THE SAME APPLICATION FORM THAT RETURNED BACK TO ME WITH THE REQUIRED DOCUMENT, THEY ARE ASKING?????????

ALSO THERE IS A PHOTO ON MINE AND MY SISTER'S APPLICATION FORM + A STAMP OF THE DATE THEY RECIEVED OUR APPLICATION....SO SHOULD I SENT A NEW APPLICATION OR JUST RESUMIT THE SAME PACKAGE WITH REQUIRED DOCUMENTS???

ON MY APPLICATION (Which they consider complete but returned back with my sister's, as we applied together) ITS SAYING
PLEASE RESUMIT THIS APPLICATION AND YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH THE COMPLETE APPLICATIONS FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS

**SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH** :(

You can do both-- either resubmit or reprint pages with new dates and new residency calculation.

The pro of latter-- gives you more days of physical presence.

If you decide just to resubmit, mind that application signed 90 days earlier than received is considered stale-dated and will be returned.

so it will be great if I sent an another new application...but what about the photo on application?

You can submit another photo if they glued it. If 1st page is stamped with date, it needs to be reprinted too, of course.

Basically, it's like submitting a new application. If CIC didn't accept it, it's not in processing.

a Quick One
how long it took from the day you posted the applications till the day you received it back as returned
Thanks
