I just realized that, when I check online for my application status, the AOR was issued in mid-December. However, I never received any documents or correspondence, either by email or in letter post. I am wondering if there is anyway to get in touch with CIC to reissue the AOR and check what is/are the address and email address on the file?

It depends. The applications forms have a section where you indicate if you want email or snail mail correspondence. Note that a lot of applicants do not get AOR via email or mail. Sometimes the IRCC have had issues with their systems, glitches so the AORs do not get sent out.
 
I see. So, I may or may not be actually getting something for that. I assume that it would not be a matter of concern if I do not actually have it with me.
