Saskatchewan ircc, hello are you open for bussiness!!!!
The standard reply from ircc , you are well within the time frame for processing a 2019 case , and covid has played a very big part in processing , thank you for your patients , we are working as hard as we can to clear the back log .

we cant complain about that , those people need help . we are very lucky we are already in this country , they escaped war .
Well, we should not complain at all than.

When we were receiving PR it was Syria, than Afghanistan than ...

Not trying to say helping is not important but we will get citizenship in 2022 or 2023

I will tell you my view on waiving:

My wife was looking to get her drivers education done. She currently does not work. I called few organizations and see if discounted programs exist. Local immigration help office said they might have spots but they will give it to people based on family income. So i got sh*tted on again because i have a good job. I pulled out $630 and payed for my wife and she passed her test on aug 25

Since then i do not believe in this programs. Everybody pays tax but it benefits only some

There might be good news coming

Conservatives, Liberals move into near-tie
Since the beginning of the campaign, there has been a six-point swing between the Liberals and Conservatives, closing the gap between the two parties and increasing the odds that another minority government — more likely Liberal but possibly Conservative — will be elected. The NDP's support is up since the last election and the party might be the only one that makes significant seat gains. The Bloc Québécois vote remains below 2019 levels, while the Greens continue to slide. The People's Party sits at 3.9 per cent.
