Citizenship application doubts

Please help ...Few questions please

5C - I don't have a home phone . Can I leave the space blank?
6D- Do you have a permanent resident in any other country? ( If I am citizen of India and PR of Canada, Do I say No and leave the space blank or do I have to write Canada PR again?)
6E - List of Addresses - Do I have to write the address I lived wheh I went for vacation in India for 30 days?
7A - Do I need to submit educational records if I did school in Canada in 2007-08 when my 4 years is 2010-2014?


Some of the questions I know. But I just want to confirm from someone who applied...

5C -If you do not have a home phone number, write N/A.

6D - You are a Citizen of India and a PR of Canada. You are NOT a PR of India, I would say NO. The question just above this I think asks if you are a Citizen of any other Country, where you say YES and mention India.

6e - If it was in the last 4 years, YES.

7a - If this was in the last four years, YES.
And if this is to prove your english efficiency, Yes and it does not matter when you attended School.

Put N/A or Put your cell phone, if u have 1.

No ( its any other country, so if u have US Green Card, then the Ans is Yes)

Actually Depends on You, can go either way, Its only Vacation, u could have lived in hotels for that time. if its only 1 address then u can put that 2, doesn't gng to hurt.
