I have a question regarding my status.

My work permit expired on October 23, 2023, and I received my PR on January 12, 2024.
I am now eligible to apply for citizenship, and I have a total of 1,145 days, including an additional buffer of about 50 days. However, I am unsure how to account for the period between my work permit expiry and PR approval, since I did not apply for a BOWP or a work permit extension.
Even if only 45 days are counted (based on the 90-day rule before PR), my extra days should cover that period. My question is: should I include those 90 days in my application or not?
If I do include them, what status should I indicate for that time? Also, should the restoration period be mentioned in the application or not?
