Hi, I'm filling in my application form and wondered is the city you are applying from, the village I live in OR the city or place where I mail the application from? As I might mail it from the city south of my village.

Also- If I mail my application using Canada mail Xpresspost, which address would I use , the Box 7000 or the 49 Dorchester street address?
