Citizenship application - are tourism visas travel document?

Hi,

I'm applying for citizenship and got confused by question 14 in CIT 0002 : Have you held travel documents and/or passports during your five year eligibility period?
1. I'm a Chinese passport holder and have applied for tourism visas in the past five years, USA travel visa, European visas, Japanese travel visas. Should I list all the travel visas under travel documents? Or just my original passport is required?
2. Saw a comments saying it's safe to list all travel history for the application, not sure this is the best way to do.
