Citizenship Application after being under a removal order for 4 years

Hi everyone,

My spouse has been under a removal order for the past 4 years. His appeal was allowed and he didn't lose his Permanent Resident status.

How long after this he needs to wait to be able to apply for the Citizenship?

Please advise.

Assuming it’s been confirmed that’s she’s technically been a PR for this duration of time, should be normal requirements.

However, you should at minimum call IRCC for confirmation. If I’m doubt, consult an immigration lawyer.
