I would list everything. Does not matter if the dates overlap, as long as you do not have gaps.

To list everything, I would probably have 12 or so entries. I just don't want to annoy them!

That will not be considered as annoying.
It will help them in having your work history completed with no gaps and thus helping you by not delay your application process. If there is not enough space attach an extra sheet to list the information.
