I have a question to ask that am.not sur about it,

I have came here in sep 2017 as visitor and I got my PR in March 2019, I was told that period , I was waiting for my PR as my wife sponsored me and was waiting it can be count as half day towered my citizens application, please anyone can confirm or correct this information
