I am a Canadian living in Mexico. I have a daughter whose mother is Mexican that was born in 2000. At the time the relationship with the mother was not good and she left for another part of Mexico. The Birth Certificate was issued without a father so I do not appear on the Birth Certificate. Once my daughter turned 18 she got in contact with me to establish a relationship with me. Presently I am married to another Mexican woman and have two other children who I applied for and have Canadian Citizenship status. I am looking to move back to Canada within the next couple of years to take care of my aging father and I wish to send my other two children to Canadian High Schools and provide them a different perspective.

My question has two parts:
1)I am curious as to the eligibility of my first daughter if I can prove that she is my daughter through a DNA test.

2) Since I am planning to move the family back to Canada within two years what steps would I need to take to apply for my current wife and mother of our two children who have already established Canadian Citizenship for her to be eligible for Canadian Immigration and to work once we go back to Canada.

Thank you in advance for any input that can be provided.

1. If your decision is to prove that she is yiur daughter through DNA test.....YES.....IRCC will accept.

DNA Testing........

2. You two other children who have Canadian Citizenship status are not eligible to be sponsored and cannot be issued a visa.

You have to apply to sponsor their mother who is not a Canadian citizen for PR in Canada........since you live outside Canada and if you apply Outland, you will need to provide convincing proof in your sponsorship application that you will live in Canada with your spouse once she becomes a permanent resident in Canada.
