They told me I am not the first one that called :D and they are aware of the issue. They are trying to fix it. They told me to keep checking the website, they are gonna update the new version by end of today.....

Many many thanks ! I will double check and post here as soon as I see that the form is changed!
 
This is so frustrating. This stupid forms takes hours to fill in and then you realize you can't print it anyway. Updated version on their website means that you will have to copy paste every single box into the new form.

I can't understand why they force this Adobe Reader protected forms crap on you, it's such a crappy experience. And it doesn't work in Linux.
