can you clarify the question 5 of the citizenship form, I have used only one name all my life, do I need to enter it here as name at birth or write NOT APPLICABLE in the table because this is the name Entered in the citizenship application already

You can write N/A

When you expand the explanation for the question, it specifically says online print the names that are different from the one at birth into the table. Take that as you will.

Hi, I have also only used one name my whole life. I was married and now im divorced but i have never changed my name in the process!

Do I write N/A?

I hear in some forums people saying we should include real name (first and last) even if the same name as on application and but name at birth.

But I have never change my name, even when i got married, divorced.

What i think is i should just put N/A but just wanted to be sure.

yes it was very confusing however i went with listing my birth name and said name at birth.
