I received an email regarding my biometrics for my Permanent Residency on April 2, 2019. Since I gave my biometrics for a study permit application on July 9, 2018 , which is still valid according to IRCC, I considered it a technical problem and ignored the lettre so I missed the due date. I should say that my study permit is considered abandoned, I also sent an email to CIC web form and Immigration Section Ankara, But I can not find a correct email address of CIO in Sydney.
I want to know what should I do in this case and the correct email address of Sydney please.
