Because your IELTS was valid when your application received by CIO, I think it will be OK and they won't ask for new IELTS BUT in some local visa offices like LONDON I heard they will ask for a valid IELTS result and sometimes they ask for specific score like CLB7!(6 in every skill), I know it is weird but for other local visa offices they won't ask for valid IELST result.

For OUTLAND applicants:
Latest Direct EP AOR was received on 10 AUGUST 2015, Application received by CIO on 10 JUNE 2015.

CIO Processing Time: 61 days.

My Score is 7 in all modules and i hope local visa office (London) will not ask me for new at later stage.

Latest Direct EP AOR was received on 11 AUGUST 2015, Application received by CIO on 29 MAY 2015.

CIO Processing Time: 74 days.

Good morning my people. I'm new here though I've been on the other general threads for quite some time. I submitted my application for nomination in May 2013, my IELTS was done in April. I just Got nominated last month and we asked them if the IELTS can still be used for CIO and they said yes. I submitted with the old IELTS and a lot of people have been doing it with results. Now i can see someone saying so far it has not expired before submitting to CIO. Please I'm confused!! Thanks.

My friend,
IELTS requirement matter at the time of apply depends on the province which nominated you and also your local visa office. There is a common spreadsheet between each province and CIC and nominated applicant's information will be added to that spreadsheet by province and CIC will refer to check if IELTS is needed by province for that applicant or not. For example nominated applicants from Saskatchewan(SINP) don't need to send IELTS with their application to CIO because Saskatchewan don't need that but it is possible for some other provinces they need it.
After file transfer to local visa office, many of them don't need valid IELTS result but for example there were cases from London visa office that they asked for valid IELTS result from applicant.

At the moment don't worry and just wait. I think they won't ask for valid IELTS result from you and everything will be OK in your case. ;)

I got AOR today after two months of waiting. Applied on June 17/2015 received AOR EP aug 18/2015.
 
I need suggestion on police report.

I already have police reports from two different countries that I lived in more than six months in the past.
Country one police report was issued in Dec /2013
Country two police report was issued in April/2014
I have not gone back to these countries after the issuance of PCC. i.e I am in Canada since 2012.
The question is could I use these PCC or should I request new PCC from those country?

u need new one for apply pr application. if u dont get now
thats fine .while they open your file they will surely ask
to provide new one.
