Hi,

I am planning to send the documents to CIO . Should I send MY photos now OR later ? I am single so no issues with Family photos.
Could you please tell if I have to send my copy of passport with this initial application

No need to send photos to CIO, send it to local visa office after initial approval

Photos are not needed with Initial application to CIO, same will be needed when you send the full package to CHC
