I am trying to submit my BOWP application, but every time after clicking "Continue application", I get a blank page. I tried on different browsers and different computers - same thing. I tried setting up a new application by going through the questionnaire again (at http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp), but got the same problem.
Is this just me? I need to submit application ASAP as my PGWP is expiring..
