Hello everyone!

Is anybody experiencing a bug on CIC website? Since last week I've been trying to update my application and many times when I log in there is nothing there, says "no data available in table", then i try again and everything is there... >:( ???

Hi,

Has anyone from MY CIC able to pay PR +RPRF fees in last 1 week??

I am Trying to pay through MY CIC fees for PR +RPRF since 19-Nov- 16.

Once I click on "Transmit & Pay" option, the error turn up. You can do all of following:-

1) Raise technical Error query through MY CIC.
2) mail to :
- question@cic.gc.ca
- enqserv@international.gc.ca

3) call at 0016139444000 ( Those Outside canada)
4) Call at 18882422100 (Those within Canada)
Note- Open between 8-4 pm (Canadian Time Zone). Closed on weekends.


5)Tweet to @citmmcanada.
- This is Canada CIC online Twitter portal. A Lot of action is going here in this matter.

6) Mail to minister@cic.gc.ca
The Honorable John McCallum,
Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship.

It is happening almost on daily basis with me! I think its error from their side

I have 14 days left to pay the PR + RPRF fees after which 60 days window will expire.

Has anyone successfully paid the online fees through MY CIC in last 1 week?

Can't you pay by Bank Cheque or Draft? I hope the issue will be resolved sooner if not later....Meanwhile, I'll keep bugging CIC with calls, tweets and emails!

Hi Friends,

I have done successful payment. I re-checked entire profile and in 3 places in 'Work and Personal History", i had done over- lapping of dates and at 1 place the "Years" were not in order.

Once I rectified and save the same, I was allowed to do "Transmit & Pay".

I have sucessfully paid PR + RPRF fees through credit card online. Also have received payment receipt by mail and details in "MY CIC" has been upgraded.

Hope the information will be useful for those facing similar problem

Guys, I found the trick.
Go to your personal history part, make click your activities in the past 10 years.
Either modify all your educational activities or delete those rows and submit them again.
The reason is I think for most of us facing this issue was those section had been filled before the system upgraded but after the update, system added more questions on any of the educational activities.

Hopefully everyone should be fine after made changes as what I mentioned above.

Hi all,

Would really appreciate any advice.

I have submitted all the documents required and should be in the final stages of my application for the IEC visa.

About a week ago i received 2 emails:
The first stated i had a new message in my account and the second (a day later) stated that my application has been updated.

However, when I log into my account the 'view my submitted applications or profiles' section is empty.

I have tried to log in from different devices and methods (i.e. from the email link or directly into the website from google but nothing seems to work.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
