Thanks for your help.

So as my application has exceeded normal processing time, i decided to send query to CIC . I used following link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp which doing so.

Now, i got an email from CIC which goes like so:-
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

In order to assist you, please fill out the IRCC Web form available on our website and include:

Screen shots of your MyCIC account including:
the Welcome Page,
sections titled View my submitted applications or profiles, and
MyCIC account messages.

Is it Normal for CIC to ask for this kind of information such as Screen shots of MyCIC account including:the Welcome Page,
sections titled View my submitted applications or profiles, and MyCIC account messages.


I am really worried and anxious for the outcome .

Please help
 
I assume there must be a technical issue, maybe that was the reason of the long prcoessing time.

Once I logged in I saw an other person's profile. I don't know how it could happen, but with my password I saw another MyCIC account. I couldn't click on anything though.

I'm just guessing, but something similar could have happened with your account as well. Maybe they can't see it or lost it...

I hope it will turn out well. I would send whatever they need.
