CIC- Unable to check Online Status, any suggest please??

I applied in september 2008, first contacted from embassy at 15 junary for some supporting documents, documents was submitted at 11 febuary. Still i'm unable to check my online file status, I'm sure i have treid exect informations and all possible ways to make changes, but for every time when i try to check i recived this message from website:

Any Suggest please, what doest that mean, still application has not proccessed or may i'm making some thing wrong input.

Great, " Rupeshhari " have solved problem. I was using Full name while i need to use only last part of name. So any other if have same problem, try to use first or last name as by parts and it would work.

I have the same problem. I tried with first name and last name also. but no luck

Did you choose the correct option for immigration #, file #, etc.

Did you type it as BXXXXXXXXX for the number

Try with your last name, if that doesnt work, try with your middle and last name, etc.

After about 5 combination I got it, it only require my last name

I tried all options but it's not working.
Selected Identification Type : Immigration File Number
Identification: Typed without spaces
Lastname ( I have 3 names, first, middle and last names). I even tried with combination of my middle name and last name(space in between)
Date of Birth
Country

Please suggest me if there is any way that I can figure out this. I appreciate your help.

Try Only one name " Last name" as above poster infomred, he got it with only his Last name. try that, also be aware, first letter b is "B" not b. good luck

I have only one last name. I tried that too. But it is still giving same message.
