cic still ask me " We need the applicant's biometrics "

hi guys

I give my biometric info to VFS before a week but my state in cic still show me message

" We need the applicant's biometrics "

what i have to do ?

Not much. Just wait. It took my wife's account 4 days to indicate that the biometrics were received.

My biometrics information has been forwarded to the Embassy on 26/04/2016.

9 days and cic website still give me message ' We need the applicant's biometrics ' .

9 days is indeed a bit much. Try to contact the VAC and let them know that it has not been updated.

It could also be that the Embassy is backlogged.

I tried to contact with vac and they tell me my biometric has been forwarded to embassy in 24/4

after that I contact with the embassy and they tell me that

"We have received your biometric details. You can ignore those message"

But cic website still give me message
" We need the applicant's biometrics"

Is that possible to receive biometric without change state in CIC site
