CIC sent file to wrong office

Hi guys:

Advice needed. I called CIC at the end of February to change my address from Edmonton to Toronto and eCAS had been updated. Now I saw that on March 11th (processing started after the address had been updated online) they sent the file to Edmonton...seriously???? Anyone has had a similar experience? I'm going to call them on Monday but I am freaking out that it's gonna add months and months to my wait time. Really frustarted and need some input!

there is no doubt there would be extra time require to transfer your file from one office to another,

what i would suggest you to check regular trimming for both offices in this forum , if Edmonton is faster then Toronto i would suggest you not to transfer instead travel there to appear for exam or oath

Toronto is way faster than edmonton - so if this leads to a confusion, then just withdraw it and apply fresh. Toronto processes files in 6 months flat
