CIC sent file number to wrong mail address

I was waiting for file nubmer after CSQ for 5 months now . I sent web forms and they said that mail sebt but to wrong mail address I requested 2months before to send to correct one and they confirmed that forwarded to concered office , how many months we have to wait for another mail ? Anybody has an idea what can I do

Did you try to use ECAS or gc account to see your application status? Or by chance to be able to update your information?
