CIC RETURNED THE DEEMED INCOMPLETE PACKAGE BUT NOT RECEIVED YET

Hi all!

I am new here in this forum. I badly needed your advise and help guys.

We sent the PR-Application to CIC-Nova Scotia last MAR-27,2015 and they received it dated APRIL-1,2015. We kept on waiting for the LOA to arrive on our email but nothing for more than 4months.

Until last AUG-21,2015, 10PM, we received an email saying:

“Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on May 5, 2015. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.”

NOW, our problem is the unreliable postal service here in PNG. And they only email us 3months after sending bank our package. We tried to search from the post office but until now, no whereabouts of the said incomplete package. So we don’t know what made it incomplete.
ANOTHER THING: our IELTS will expire this OCT-26,2015 and the LOA already expired last JULY-27,2015.

What will I do now? Please help….should we retake the IELTS without getting the actual package returned? Should I pass a new fresh application?

Send an email to CIC saying that you haven't received the package and no need to sit for another IELTS if CIC doesn't ask for it.

First thing, r u pnp applicant ? does your pnp letter still valid?
If you r pnp applicant and still your letter is valid then dont wait for return post. Just make new one and send as soon u can.
if you r pnp n your letter is expired then get print copy of that letter which stated abt returned your package and make one
explanation letter that u didnt get any return package.Meanwhile send cic e mail that u didnt get it returned package and make the print of that email, which also attach with that letter to request your province for renew your certification.i might b wrong so get some more advise.
But this seems to b more practical. if you live in saskatchawen then go to regina and meet them. i dont know abt other provinces.
