CIC returned proof of relationship

I tried to google and searched on this forum, but i found nothing.

I received my proof of relationship from CIC (VO Singapore) after doing medical exam and paying right of PR fee. I have no idea about it because they usually return it after issuing visa (PPR). anyone has any ideas ?

CIC don't usually return any document unless it's specifically requested to do so.
Some country specific instruction includes original documents. May be that will include note/instruction on getting the original documents back.

they returned our wedding photos, receipt of transferring money... but I am thinking maybe my wife is passed eligibility, which means our relationship is genuine.

I have a friend, he told me that he received his wedding photos,receipt of transferring money at the same time with PPR.Otherwise, mine got returned without PPR.

Normally it's a good sign that you passed eligibility and you'll get PPR soon. In our case we received PPR then next day my wife got back all picture and other document.
