What should i do now ?

Ps :- It ia a refused to land stamp as i diddnt got entry , i didnt had room bookings that time

Failure to disclose any previous visa refusals can be viewed as misrepresentation.... in some cases, applicants may be given a ban of 5 years.

As the TRV is not issued to you as yet.... but your passport has been submitted..... there is a possibility that the Mauritius visa refusal stamp will be considered.

You can do the following:
a. Withdraw your TRV application.... state your Mauritius visa refusal when you reapply.... you can say that due to pure oversight, you had forgotten to mention about this refusal.... and this mistake was totally unintentional

You can check this link for more info: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=741&t=23

However, I'm not sure if you can withdraw your application at this stage

b. If you disclose any material facts/any previous visa refusals on your own BEFORE you are asked for this information by CIC then this may not be considered as misrepresentation.

Maybe some other forum members can suggest suitable advice or if they think otherwise

It is not a visa stamp bdw ...

Just they sent me back on the day i arrived ...
Thats it

Should i go for withdraw

Very rarely does Mauritius refuse entry to a visitor.

You have a stamp in your passport denying entry, right? Were you given any letter stating the reasons for refusal of entry into Mauritius? How did they send you back?

The 'Background Section' in the TRV application asks:
Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

What did you answer for this question?

Damn .. I answered No ..

Bdw i didnt got any refusal letter from them ..

Only a send back stamp

Just got a interview call from cic .. Know i have to go to nearest vac for inerview...

Donnt know now what gonna happen ....

You're sure it is a call for an interview? Any update in your MyCIC account?

Did CIC ask you any questions over the phone or tell you to email an explanation?

If you're sure that CIC wants to interview you then do be prepared for the worst.... sorry I had to tell you this.... you're probably having to go through the 'fairness procedure'

I think maybe you should send a quick email (use the Case Specific Enquiry form) to say that it was purely due to oversight that you forgot to mention that you were denied entry to Mauritius.... and explain the circumstances, etc.... please do this before you go to the interview

They told me to come at 2 at Chandigarh visa office .

What should i expect when i go there ?

Can you send me the link of the case sepecific enquiry window please ?

But nothing as such updated in my cic account neither shows up in tracking .

They told me to come at 2pm thats it .

I'm truly sorry to hear this.... I hope that everything works out well and in your favour

Yes, the Consulate General of Canada office is in Chandigarh.... which is located at SCO# 54-56, Sector 17 A, Chandigarh 160 017.... so you have an interview at this address, right?

When is your interview? Tomorrow? If you still have the time then quickly get the advice of a good immigration lawyer too.... a reliable attorney who deals with Canada immigration/visas..... it would be good if he can help you to quickly draft the letter for the Mauritius entry refusal

I suggest you take the letter drafted by the attorney + a print of the Case Specific Enquiry.... with you to the interview.... and give it to the CIC officials.

If you disclose about the Mauritius entry refusal through the Case Specific Enquiry then you can write something to this effect (a lawyer will draft this in a better way though):
This refers to my online application for Temporary Resident Visa to Canada on date XX, and also to the email request for submitting my passport. I had submitted my passport on date XX as requested by CIC.

I understand that the final decision has not been taken on my visa application, and furthermore, I have not been granted a TRV as yet.

Before a decision is made on my visa application, I wish to disclose the refusal of entry to Mauritius on date XX. The complete truth and facts of this matter are as follows:

Give all details details details/reasons

I had inadvertently erred in providing this additional information about the Mauritius entry refusal earlier, and this mistake on my part was purely due to oversight. It was completely unintentional.

All other information and details in my TRV application are true, complete and honest. I had prepared the visa application to the best of my abilities.

I wish to state that I have disclosed the information of the Mauritius entry refusal to CIC of my own accord and my free will. Further, as a law abiding citizen, I realized this was a genuine mistake on my part only yesterday. Hence, I wish to provide this additional information before a decision is made on my visa application. At no point in time, did CIC ask me to provide any information about the Mauritius entry refusal....." etc etc

As for the Case Specific Enquiry form, the link for New Delhi is: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi

bro .. I filled it out and sent it ... bt how can i get a print out of it .. as it is nowhere in my email .. just sent

Please do not write/do anything in haste.... whatever you write, you should think/rethink about it from legal and immigration angles.

Can you tell us what you have written and sent?

Amm ..

I wrote .. I submitted my application online and got a passport request on ** april . After submitting my passport , i got a call from chandigarh visa office to come for an interview.

I was wondering that its such a rare chance , so i re-checked my application and found that i forget to mention about a stamp on my passport . It was a mauritius entry refusal stamp .

It happened due to oversight as i thought i have to mention only about the denied visa and permits . I didnt intentionally did it as i knew i have to send my passport for stamping and it will surely show up .

I wanted to inform CIC before any decision is made on my application . I knew it was my mistake , so i will appreciatie the decision CIc .

Actually this post is on behalf of a known one ... I am already in Canada ... And just helping him to get out of the situation because i had no idea about the online TRvès

If you can't even write with the truth on a post, you really don't deserve any answers or help.
