I got an email from CIC requesting for missing information. Divorce certificate. I confirmed that I had submitted all my spouse divorce certificates and translation. I double checked on the content form i had made, and it had listed it out clearly all the divroce certificates and no. of pages. I am not sure is it because his 2nd divorce took place overseas and we got it translated in Canada by certified bodies but not sure why they prompt again.

On the email, it state for fastest service, you may send requested information/document via the Case specific enquiry form at the link. secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

i went into the link but couldn't find anywhere i could attach documents.

Anyone had any experience that can help?

Found out after talking to CIC consultant that i need to click next page so it will brings me to the next page where i can attach documents.

FYI~ CIC Call centre call waiting time had drastically improve, we waited for less thn 15 mins for the consultant to attend to us. Kudos CIC

You have to fill out the details, and whatever you want to say to the CIC. On the following page it will ask if you have any documents to attach.
