Hello Guys,

I am really confused and worried about 2 letters i received fromCIC which is aski g for address history.

Letter 1 -
Schedule A: Please use the following link to provide details of your address history for the period June 2013 to Present. Do not leave any gaps in time.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5669E.pdf

Letter 2 -
This letter is about your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue the review of your application we require that you provide us with detailed information for the time period between January 2006 and July 2011. Please provide us with residency, occupation/studies, travels, etc. for the period mentioned. If you were not working, provide information on what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, in detention, etc). If you were studying, please provide the location of studies, time period when you took the course. If you participated in a distance education program/online studies, please indicate the name of the institution, the location where course was taken, etc. You must identify your activities during the specified period detailing day, month and year for each entry.

Guys i have already provided all possible details initailly now am not sure what cic is looking for. I am very much worried about this and not sure what should i reply specially for 2nd letter.

I very much aporeciate any help guys

Thanks

If you answered "yes" to any statutory questions then receiving a request to complete a Schedule A is extremely common.

Thanks for quick response...

I agree with and the reason for that was my US visa rejection. Thank you.

But muy concern is in 2 of my Indian addresses i didn't remember my exact unit number in the building so i gave a random number. But now when i ammo trying top revisit the submitted i couldn't see that anymore ALK i see is the divinest submission page. This is am really worried that what if in the Scheduled A form i give some different unit number. Would that cause a issue. Press can i only provide the building afternoon and skid the apartment number?

Please suggest

Thanks

Fill it out to your best capabilities and attach a LOE stating that you simply do not recall the apartment numbers.

Delpiero07,

Thanks for your help. I have one more question...

In scheduled A form address section has a note to put address history for pay 10 years. Although in a letter i was only asked to provide address from June 2013 to Present. So should i provide entire 10 years of address or only fire duration cic asked.
