CIC Profile dates

Hi All,

i have updated some details 27-Feb on my CIC profile and transmitted on the same day but now i can see my Date sent and Date Read is as below

Date Sent :January 21
Date Read: 28-feb

so whether my details updated in CIC on feb 28 or not?

what exactly mean by Date Sent and Date Read?
