CIC PR document checklist - I did not upload IELTS, will this be an issue?

Hello,

I got nominated via the OINP for a PR and on November 17, 2016 I uploaded all the documents to CIC.
On the education document upload section I only uploaded my degree certificate and WES letter and did not submit my IELTS.
Will not submitting my IELTS this cause problems?

My current status as of Jan 15, 2017 is as follows:-
Application/profile status - Open
Review of eligibility - Review in Progress
Review of medical results - Passed
Review of submitted documents - No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview - Not needed at this time
A background check is needed - In Progress
Final decision - Not Started

I have updated the online CIC form called study and languages. I have entered the Date of language test, Date of Result and Language certificate number along with individual scores
