Cic login issue and want to know what is Designated country list

hi,

Can anyone tell me why is cic kicking me off every time I am trying to log in to upload documents? Its ask for username and password and then proceeds to the next page where I have click continue and the its goes back to cic home page!! This is so frustrating.

also in the online questionnaires there is a question "have u live in any of the designated countries more then 6 consecutive months" .whenever i click to see the list of designated list its kicks me out. What should i do? Can some one tell me what would be answer for this? Is USA in the list of designated countries?

Try a different browser, clear cache, try and ncognito/private window etc.

I tried but it is still the same. Keeps kicking me out.
