CIC is not your recipient - Please help

Hi,
I have applied for express entry after receiving an ITA in Jan.
I received this message in my email today (see below). Not sure what to do? Has anyone else seen this?

Should i just order a duplicate report or also upgrade the package to ICAP which is another $200 i believe.

Any help would be much appreciated.




Dear Applicant,

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES’s online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at xxx Please be advised that you are required to upgrade your file to WES ICAP at XXX before you order duplicate report, if you did not have an ICAP service on your original application.

i have the same question OP had.

Should i just order a duplicate report or do i also upgrade the package to ICAP.

Just order a 'Duplicate to IRCC' that will generate a new ECA report, the ECA number will end with IMM in this report. Dont upgrade your ECA application, its a waste. If you call WES they will deceive you and ask you to upgrade your application.
