I cannot apply for my study permit extension because i always get the message below. Any solution ideas?

Sometimes it shows that, but it would be back. It is usually a network problem.
 
Hey guys. Anything changed in your access to Mycic? I still can't upload my docs :( I planned to apply on June 4, and still can't do it, because of system error
