CIC is down for BOWP application? "Our Online Services Are Currently Down"

Hi,

I have received my AOR for FSW application, and now I'm trying to apply for BOWP. However, after successfully finishing the questionnaire and clicking the Next button on "Your results" page, I received this error message:

Our Online Services Are Currently Down
System-generated error code: ......... (2017-03-05 18:51:30)


Sorry

This on-line service is currently not available.

Possible reasons::

We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.
---------

Already tried different browsers including chrome/internet explorer but the same error persists.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem recently? Thanks

Did you figure it out? I am having a same problem right now.

I am thinking to apply on paper which i don't prefer though. Please share how you've done this with that problem. Thanks
