CIC IELTS refusal probability - for provincial nominee

I am SINP OID Nominated
My noc 0213 ‐ Computer and information systems managers
with valid IELTS of CLB 5 ( L5.0 R5.5 W5.0 S5.5 - overall 5.5) - the minmum requirment for SINP OID was CLB4
I submitted my paper application to CIC and now waiting for AOR

I heard that some one has been refused from VO because of her low IELTS score(L4.5 S4.5 W5.0 R3.5)

My question is - Is there a real probability to been refused also because of my IELTS too ??

some pepole told my don't warry and CIC only care with IELTS validation - other say that CIC care with IELTS score for some occupations only

what is your advise ?

when u applied? if you are more than given CLB there is a positive chance otherwise they look expiry too. have they taken your immigration fee?
I applied in 2014 and they took me fee in sep 2014. I am also waiting for AOR since than. my CLB is 6 but noe expired in Jan 2016

Only London Visa Office rejecting the application due to low IELTS score, no other visa offices rejecting the application after nomination.

Please confirm if you are OID applicant even then at CIC stage you need to have 67 points to meet FSWP criteria?

As far as I know, SINP can require higher language scores depending on the NOC. NOC 0 are managerial positions, so I would expect there are higher IELTS score requirements...how can you communicate as a manager if you don't know the language as well. The thing is, they haven't published their scores per NOC, if any.

I didn't gut you mean - 67 point is eligibility criteria for express entry - I am nominated in Occupations in demand system with deferant criteria

what about Cairo Visa office ??

Only London Visa Office rejecting the application due to low IELTS score, no other visa offices rejecting the application after nomination.

SINP is relax in terms of IELTS score and issue nominations on as low as CLB 4 level regardless of individual NOC code (like SINP Occupation in Demand)

However, CIC specially London Visa Office is very strict on IELTS score and they assess your IELTS score in line with your NOC skill level in reading, writing, speaking etc.

They have issued numerous Procedural Fairness Letters recently in this regard and eventually reject applications if they are not happy even with the improved IELTS score.

They even disregard SINP nominations and ask them to withdraw their nominations. Even SINP insist that they need professionals and IELTS score is acceptable for their province but Visa Officer has a final authority to issue visa.

If CIC feel that IELTS score is not up to the mark, will they give some time to retake this test. How many days will they provide to resubmit it.

Don't worry and it is the history in the world only LVO is doing like this no other visa offices rejecting due to low IELTS score. Even if LVO is rejecting they are giving candidates 90 days time to re submit the IELTS TRF. I think u not belongs to LVO.
