Citizenship and Immigration Canada has announced changes to processing fees for temporary resident visas, study permits, work permits and visitor records. The changes will come into effect February 6th.

It will mean that the application fees will be as follows:
- Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) - $100 (will automatically be considered for a multiple-entry visa – eliminating the option of requesting a single-entry visa)
- Study Permit - $150
- Work Permit - $155
- Visitor Record - $100
- Family TRV application - $500
