CIC CSE Response Re: Improperly Assessed Medicals

After over a month I received this response to my CSE regarding my "improperly assessed medicals" and cancellation of my PR app as a result.

I am still getting those same e-mails in regards to the same issue., but my application was reopned 3 weeks ago.

did your application not ger reopend? when was it canceled?

AOR: August 20th

Cancelled as Incomplete: August 26th

Response to CSE: September 29th

I was going the CEC route, now switching to PN because I had already submitted my app in June anyway. Wasn't expecting an ITA (score is 469), which is why I applied for PN in the first place.

Oh, and my medicals were apparently assess incorrectly for "temporary residence" even though my clinic did Non-EDE Worker class, which they believed to be correct. The assessment was incorrectly made by the medical board, so we had to contact the clinic to contact the medical board. They updated it to PR assessment--of course it was too late and our app had already been cancelled.

I got a letter like Yelena saying they gonna reopen my application and I repaid my fees but my application is cancelled on the website...it's been almost a month...

Two weeks ago I received an e-mail, that reads:
Dear Sir/Madam



Please be advised your application is being re-opened. Notification will be sent to you via your “My CIC” account in due course. Initially, a full review of your application was not performed. There may be elements which may be missing or incomplete. Should it be determined that your application does not meet the requirements of a complete application as described in Sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations you will be notified via your “My CIC” account.

My app is still "cancelled as incomplete". My fees were not refunded. I understand all of us here (no matter the reason for rejection) are in the same boat of having our apps rejected, then "reopened" with no actual change in the status? Any thoughts on how to proceed? Yelena, I know you sent another CSE - what did you tell them?

I received another ITA, and I am considering resubmitting my app if they do not come back to me by the time I reach the deadline to submit the new ITA app.

I sent CSE just to inform them of this issue. That I think is purely technical.. i dont think status in mycic is relevant if they clearly said our applications are open

I am outside Canada and I call the regularly. There is an Android phone app that gives you a Canadian number and allows you to call CIC for free (via WiFi). It is called Fongo.

I have just finished talking with them. The agent said...he said...what he said was... "you just have to wait". Woosh, pow! There is no timeframe for them to reopen it. He said that it might take a week for MyCIC to refresh to the new status once they change it in the system.

I called twice after the initial cancellation and both times they refused to answer any questions stating that they do not discuss Express Entry applications over the phone.

When calling press 1-1-3-1. I've had 100% success in getting answers (I mean they are not really informative, but at least somebody is looking into my file).

Spoke with an agent again today, and she told me that I have to allow 3 additional months for the office to "process" my CSE and that they cannot take any action on my application until that time period has passed. I guess I am giving up on this application. I have submitted a new Express Entry profile a couple of weeks ago. My visa is only good until August of 2016. Starting to lose hope, to be honest.

You still have plenty of time.

I am also stuck with this status. I have 33 days left to submit an application based on the new ITA. I will submit if I don't get any feedback till the end of next week.

I guess I will need to refresh some of the docs:
- POF
- PC

Anything else? Do I need to refresh the Medical?
