CIC "Check your application" status says approved. What next?

Hi. New Delhi Sep 2015 application.

I was checking my applications status for wife's sponsorship and putting in both her and mine UCI, it says decision made. However, we have got no email and myCIC also has not been updated.

Can anyone comment on what is happening here? Thank you very much.

It means they have made a decision. I know nothing about your case or situation I am afraid. However, I can say, if they didn't request an interview, or issue a procedural fairness letter, then it's a positive outcome.

Thank you for your reply. The last update was that they requested a medical again in August this year. Other than that, there has been no update.

I guess I am going to have to wait it out for the email/letter.

Typically they will use the same means they have been using to contact you already. So whatever that is, watch there...
