I had IELTS and my wife had CELPIP. Both were scanned and uploaded when applying. Now received an email from CIC saying they require offical hard copy of my wife's CELPIP results. Why? I thought EE is all online based application? They didn't ask my hard copy of IELTS.
This is rather odd to me. Any comments?

They can request whatever they want man. Just send them. I think celpip sends two hard copy of the results anyways.

In case CIC suspects fraud in submitted copies of documents, they may ask for original document.

+1
When I applied, I scanned CELPIP results with my phone and it was not as good as scanner. I didn't have a scanner at home and I didn't want to waste any minute to apply.
