CIC and ECAS

Hi,

Is the CIC status different from the ECAS status? If yes, what link should I use to view my ECAS status?

I am only able to view messages for my application in the CIC website. In many timelines, I see "lines" listed like: Example: 16 SEPT ECAS 5 LINES. What does this refer to?

Not really different, but you can use both to monitor your application status.
