I heard that they do have access to all systems!, it does make sense when you think about it. Pretty much like when your auto insurance company asks if you have had any tickets, Points incurred by speedy etc

You can lie but eventually the police will upload the points onto the Ontario centralised system!, yes I'm just using this as an example.

But I hear that CIC can have access to all ROE's, NOE's etc, Even though it seems like they don't know what the F-ck their doing from time to time, You cant fool them. If you lie on your application you could receive a deportation letter! and that's serious sh-t my friend!

Samir, i don't think they need to have access, but if CIC wants to check out an information about an applicant, all they have to do is pick up the phone and verify.

Its got nothing to do with 'needing access'. They are just another government department, to think they cant get in this system is just being naive
