I went to canada for landing process to be done. During that time, I didn't have residence address with me . So Immigration officer gave me Address Notification form to update the address to CIC where i will be receiving PR card. I found a residence address in Canada ( a friend's home) so I went online and made update using online service mentioned on address notification form. After update on website, i get confirmation stating that " your address will be updated in 2 business days in the system". After 10 working days, I found that system has not been updated with my new address to receive PR card". so , i faxed the copy of filled address notification form on the fax number provided. It has been 3 business day and yet it has not been updated on system. It is still showing the immigration firm address in the system , not the residence address where i would like to receive my PR card.
What will be my option to get update in system ?
