CHRP/CHRL versus SPHR

I have an MBA-HRM from India with 17+ years of experience (outside Canada). I also have the SPHR Certification from US. I am starting the process of entering the Express Entry pool and am open to any province.
Please guide in the below matter:
Is SPHR recognized in Canada? Or, do I need to obtain the CHRP/CHRL Certification?
Is it possible to find a job in the HR function before I get my PR, in case I complete the CHRP/CHRL Certification? Most of the provinces do not have NOC0112 listed as the "in-demand" profession for the PNP program.

CHRP/CHRL is what employers seek in Canada. There's really not that much demand for SPHR since it has a US focus.

Highly unlikely you'll be able to secure an HR job before you get PR.
