Choosing point of entry after COPR

Hello friends, After 1.5 years, I've finally received my COPR and my passport has the one time visa stamp. I am flying to Canada from San Francisco USA and on my COPR is shows that a while back I had filled in Toronto as my point of entry. I'd really like to fly to either Vancover or Ottawa. Is it possible to go anywhere or is that not permitted?

Also, what do I expect when I land form the immigration officers?

Dan, the link you shared has the information for FSW. Would the Express Entry have the same rules?

Is there a cic page that says this?
