Choosing diploma programme after completing BE in India is a good option or not

I've done my BE in computer science in India. Now, I got admission in diploma program (not post-grad diploma) in North Island College. So, will It be a good choice or doing diploma after BE is not a good idea ?

Bad choice. VO wants to see you are improving in your career. dip after BE does not help.
