Choosing Diploma or Degree Please help

I would like to thank all dear friends for your suggestions and opinions....now The fact that matters for me is the possibility of acceptance, more than the future career. .....so please suggest me whether a Degree or Advance Diploma should I take? Which one will be the best option to choose.....please suggest me friends.
