Hi,

I want to apply for express entry showing my wife as a primary applicant as she has master's and will get more points than me. The problem is she has master's in hospital administration and has work experience of two years in India in the hospital as a quality coordinator and has one year experience in retail (in CVS Pharmacy, USA) as a supervisor.

for two years of India experience, she has experience letter but it doesn's have roles and responsibilities mentioned in it. She can arrange a letter for her one year experience in CVS from HR mentioning roles and responsibilities.

what NOC code should we select while creating profile Quality coordinator or latest with Retail supervisor one. Does she need to have roles & responsibilities mentioned in all experience letters?

thanks in advance

You can choose either NOC if you can support it with evidence showing that she did the job. Roles and responsibilities is essential, yes.

However, it is a common issue that Indian companies do not give detailed letters. The way around it is to get your former manager or even a colleague or two to write the letter. This is perfectly valid. IRCC will probably contact them to verify that what they said is all true, but if it's all above board you won't have any issues.

It means roles and responsibilities is also needed for previous jobs?
