hello all
I sponsored my husband who now has his PR
he has a son (17) who we would like to bring to canada from the USA (born in Spain)
what are the steps?
He was included in the sponsorship application, he did his medical.

time is very crucial

Your husband needs to sponsor his son for permanent residency. In order to sponsor him, your husband must be living in Canada. Processing time will likely be six months for the application.

If time is crucial, then your husband should submit the application as soon as possible.
